本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了測(cè)定土壤和沉積物中8種酰胺類農(nóng)藥的氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜法。

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于土壤和沉積物中乙草胺、異丙草胺、甲草胺、敵稗、異丙甲草胺、殺草丹、丁草胺和丙草胺8種酰胺類農(nóng)藥的測(cè)定。

當(dāng)取樣量為10g，定容體積為1.0ml，采用選擇離子掃描方式定量時(shí)，方法檢出限為0.01～0.02mg/kg，測(cè)定下限為0.04～0.08mg/kg。詳見附錄A。

This standard specifies the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of eight amide pesticides in soil and sediment.

This standard is applicable to the determination of acetochlor, metolachlor, alachlor, nepalo, metolachlor, chlordimefon, butachlor, and prochlor in soil and sediment.

When the sampling amount is 10g, the constant volume is 1.0ml, and the selected ion scanning method is used for quantitative determination, the detection limit of the method is 0.01 ～ 0.02mg/kg, and the determination limit is 0.04 ～ 0.08mg/kg. See Appendix A.
