硅烷鈍化工藝具有無污染、工藝簡單、成本低等優(yōu)點。硅烷膜的表面形貌和成分,發(fā)現(xiàn)在金屬表面形成了致密光滑硅烷膜。鹽水浸泡試驗、酸堿浸泡試驗對BTESPT硅烷膜的耐腐性進行了分析比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)被BTESPT硅烷膜覆蓋的40Cr的耐腐性得到大幅提高,膜層耐腐蝕性甚可以和鋅系磷化膜。對硅烷膜進行了腐蝕耐久性測試,發(fā)現(xiàn)經(jīng)BTESPT硅烷液處理的40Cr試樣為陽極控制型腐蝕極化過程,且硅烷膜保護基體以物理防護為主。為了進一步改善硅烷膜的耐腐蝕性能。
氣相色譜定量管，色譜柱，氣路管在分析中對樣品吸附低，死體積小，重現(xiàn)性好，穩(wěn)定。在非甲烷總烴，苯系物，硫化物分析中得到充分驗證。
